Walk from Rockcliffe to Castle Point

A few snaps from today's short walk from Rockcliffe to Castle Point or Castle Hill Point. Bit of a dull day and had a few spots of rain but still got a few nice images:
View near the start of the walk, just leaving Rockcliffe.

Over the wooden footbridge.

Footbridge again, but looking out to sea.

View up the burn from the footbridge with a fair slice of post-processing.

View towards Rough Island with some nice geological foreground interest.

View back towards Rockcliffe.

Topograph at Castle Point itself, founded the year I was born!

View to the left from Castle Point...

...and the view to the right with Heston Island.

Safeguard the Cairngorms Website Launch

Today sees the official launch of the 'Safeguard the Cairngorms' website. This is a site I designed and built for Buglife, Badenoch and Strathspey Conservation Group (BSCG), The Cairngorms Campaign and The Scottish Campaign for National Parks (SCNP) in order to promote a campaign to stop impending developments in the Cairngorms National Park.
The website features a 'reponsive' design that works on a variety of screen sizes, so be sure to check it out on your smartphones and tablets.

Three Lochs - Blue Boat

A small blue fishing boat on a semi-frozen Black Loch at Three Lochs near Glenluce. Nice winter light on the subject.
